黑料正能量 is using an integrated project delivery contract with DND and five contractors鈥攖he first of its kind for 黑料正能量 and the federal government. This collaborative Lean construction approach helps to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. The $70-million project involves building several single-storey buildings to be used for materiel storage, and vehicle storage and maintenance, as well as offices for the Royal Canadian Dragoons, an armoured reconnaissance regiment.
